ORDERING COOKIES

All the cookies are handmade fresh to order and are decorated entirely by hand

At the moment all the cookies are made from an American Sugar Dough recipe.  We are hoping to introduce more flavours during 2010

Each cookie is presented in a food-grade cellophane bag and tied with a matching ribbon

The cookies are best enjoyed within 2 weeks of purchase

ORDERING COOKIES

Please allow 7 days for your cookies to arrive.  We do not keep any in stock - they are all baked and decorated fresh to order.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Please note there is a minimum order of 10 cookies. 

LARGE ORDERS

If you know you are going to be placing a large order - for example Wedding Cake cookies for your wedding it would help us if you could email to let us know the date of your wedding in advance. We will then let you know the date to go through the checkout by.

All cookies are sent out by 1st class delivery.  We always obtain proof of posting.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss within the postal system.  Should loss arise we will forward the posting certificate to you so that you may claim from the Post Office.

For very large orders we would normally use a courier company.

Large cookie orders may be sent in different consignments as they need to be carefully packed

Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal.  However, you may also pay by the following methods:
